How I make my two-step flourless chocolate avocado brownie

After I posted this brownie on Instagram, some of my friends were curious why I can have cake/ brownies (as supposedly I cannot take more than 20 g net carb per day haha) However, for my recipe, they are made with stevia and they're keto-friendly!! And you can make it by two simple steps and you don't need to weigh the ingredients! (good news for lazy people like me!)

For the ingredients, I used:

2 eggs 

2 tbsp of stevia

1 smashed avocado (medium size)

1 teaspoon of baking soda

5 tbsp of cocoa powder (unsweetened) 

First step: put all of them into a blender

Second step: Bake it (210 degrees for 25 minutes)
